Text align problems in tables!

Ok, I got this small search engine going and right now I have this image as a background for each result it pulls up. I want the text to be lowered to the center so it looks better. Here is the search engine. I tried margin-top, but so far that does not seem to help. Thats the only command I know in CSS if you want to align a element in html. I did do a search, but of course it shows margin help pages.

Any sujestions?

Just remove the div but move the styling to the <td>. It's possible to do it in a div but why make it more complicated?

Well I thought if I put in <a href='$url'>then the <tr> tags it would be messed up and it would not look nice. So I added a div for a bit more control of what I want to happen in that area.
