browser compatibility problem

I have a problem..
I am gonna make a calendar and ajax popup window using css style .but my porblem is all borwser the popup window can't see. please see my web site and give me solution

There are 197 html errors and around 20 css errors. Plus, you will never get IE to pretend it's a modern browser without a proper doctype. You have a lot of work to do to fix this.
