My Div's hate me

71
I'm having a problem with my Div's & the .css.

I've got a content div currently set with a height, and a minimum height, but no max heigh set. I was the content div to always be atleast 600px (or longer if needed). I currently have both the height and min-height set to 600px. If I keep the height field in it will stay at 600px and won't shrink or stretch to fit the size. If I remove the height field then the page will keep to atleast 600px, and stretch to longer if need, in IE7; but it will shrink below 600px in IE6 if the content of the div allows it to.

Is there a good way to get the div to stay atleast 600px in height, and stretch longer if needed - that works in IE7 & IE6?

min-height only works in modern browsers so that leaves IE out. However, IE does treat height as min-height.
