Disappearing content

Good morning,
I'm having a problem with our new website - sometimes the content
"disappears" - it's gone right down the page leaving masses of white
space.

I've checked the html and css coding in the W3C validator and they are
OK. I just can't see what is wrong.

Can anyone help please?

The test page is here:
http://www.ingleside-hotel.co.uk/test/what-a-walk.htm

The CSS is here:

You left out one bit of info, your problem is MSIE specific. Your page
and CSS is a bit too complicated for a quick debug, but most likely your
problem is with MSIE nasty habit ignoring negative margins when
calculating overall width of nested elements. Try to work your design
without the negative margins and is if you get more consistent behavior
out of MSIE

Yes - I should have said the problem was only with IE: it works fine
in FF

I'll have a look at the negative margins and see what happens - thank
you for that idea,

Kind regards,

Rosemary
