grid layout positioning

The page looks fine in IE and in Firefox , the bottom part is completely off the mark.

Can anyone guide to correct it pls

Although you got this problem with asp.net it is really an HTML problem. please see the following summary of incorrect HTML on this page: click here
The missing "alt" attributes are no big deal, and the missing "type" attributes are definitely not causing the problem, so I wouldn't worry about those. Probably what you need to change is the "ms_positioning" attribute which is not accepted as an HTML attribute by the world wide web consortium.

In addition, there are many misplaced tags and improperly used ones. There are also three CSS errors. Validate your css for those. Also, your doctype is incomplete putting IE into quirks mode.
