HT make table data cells equal in width?

Suddenly, all of my tables (generally 3 or 4 columns of <TDtable
data
and about 3 or 4 rows of <TRtable rows) all have a left column that
is
longer in width than the other 2 or 3 columns?

Is there any way to get table data cells to all be the same width?

Thanks for any help.

Fix this. (I'm pointing at a sheet of paper on my desk. It's comparable to
how you specify your problem.)

Maybe, but why should you? There's little point in helping you before you
post the URL.
