[help] firefox ignoring my CSS!!!

hi people!

I have this problem:

I manage this web

www.ccvv.cat

and I don't know why but opening it in firefox, css isn't load, meanwhile in explorer does. It has happened ever but I'd like to mend it now because of Firefox usage...

so I guess that It could be so simple to solve but I don't know...

THANKS IN ADVANCE!

The one frame source I looked at is a total miss-mash of mixed up html version elements, attributes and tags. It's a wonder the pages are even viewable.

I don't see that FF is ignoring anything but I don't have time to look at it right now.
