Menu and ajax

304 100+
hi,
I have an horizontal menu in my site. The problem that i encounter is that the menu doesnt work properly when i use it with atlas(ajax).
I would like to know whether this is a known issue and whether there are any workarounds for this problem.

thanks,
gomzi.
