IE problem w/my website

For a reason unknown to me, my website shows up much different in IE than in Firefox. Although I use Firefox, other members of our board use IE, and have brought this problem to my attention. Would you please look at the following website and let me know your thoughts on why there's a problem. THANK YOU VERY, VERY MUCH!

Ok. I was directed to post my problem in this forum. Based upon what's happening with my site, do you know where I should post this?

There's no javascript as far as I can see. That means there is a problem in your CSS/HTML. Check for validation errors. I'll move this to the HTML/CSS forum.
