How do I place an image on my wordpress template?

2
Hi, I was wondering how to hack my wordpress template in order to place an image below the blue header here http://radioideas.mirandadesigners.com/ so the image is displayed between the blue header and the word "Mission Statement" . This image should show in all pages. I'm not familiar with XHTML nor with CSS, so I was wondering if someone could provide me with the line of code and tell me where to put it. Thanks a lot.

To put an image on a webpage use this:
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. <img src="wheretheimageislocated.jpg" alt="This Picture is...." title="Some Title" />
  2.
