my webpage in Firefox is ok but in IE not

I just made my 1rst website,i am new,so i have a problem,like all do...my web site is : www.aurelia-util.home.ro and it looks ok in firefox but not in IE,and i would like to fix it,can anyone help pls

Anytime you put anything in front of the doctype, IE will go into quirks mode and mess everything up. You have to remove all that script and comment stuff and then see what happens.
