firefox problems on pc

P: 1
I am using the pop up image viewer code (from this site) for flash.swf files. This works very nicely in all browsers (Mac and PC) except Firefox on a PC. (it does work in firefox on a MAC). Can anyone please help?

I don't know much about this but have some articles. Essentially, the problem lies in the fact that there is no such thing as <embed> in html and even Microsoft recommends using only <object>. I do recall seeing something on the Mozilla site on how to correctly insert flash without <embed> but don't have the link.

From what I read, the method you are using is what Macromedia would suggest but it is improper to do so. In any case, try googling for "proper way to insert flash" and see what you get.
