Is it me or is it the browser?

P: 2
Hi,
Hope someone can help me with a cross browser problem I'm having.
The page in question appears to validate without difficulty.
In IE6 the gap between the menu section and the header is too wide to my eye.
I probably shouldn't be bothered about a few pixels, but still I can't help feeling that I may have overlooked something and if I have, I think it would be best to try and rectify it. Any help would be appreciated.
Here is a link to a page showing the differences between Firefox and IE. I've included the CSS and HTML below the screenshots.

Thank you.

Thank you.
Have you tried using a negative margin? Like -1px that may help.

I'm looking into collapsing margins at the moment. Thanks for the idea though.
