Where can I learn CSS? Online / Books?

torquehero
Hi,
I am considerably new to website designing. I usually design layouts in Adobe Photoshop and thn create websites in html. I would really like to improve my skills. I heard CSS is simple & can be used to create some really good looking designs. Can anybody please guide me on this? Many times I also need to design websites that need to connect to some database. So want to have a good knowledge of Website Designing as well as Web Technologies(database connectivities, web users, etc...).

Please Help... :)
