Code for scroll bar detected in IE but is not working in Firefox

Hi iam a newbie to all this so can anybody help me out , i made a website with
frames now in IE the code is working "no scroll" but in firefox all the scrolls are
appearing what should i do......website : http://www.eipump.com please select flash site.

This seems like a problem in the HTML/CSS, not Javascript. You've used a lot of frames. Are you sure you need to use so many frames?

I don't get any scrollbars either on FF right now. Your code isn't in the proper place. Are you editing this right now?

no i have edited it, well in FF if u have a resolution of more than 800x600 it
shows up

I don't see any scroll bars in FF
