css validation

P: 13
I have a question re: css validation. I keep getting warnings for using the same colors in an upper and rightside navmenu. Why? Then, after changing the colors, which is not to my liking, all I get is no errors-no warnings. This is not validation. Correct?
Thanks for the suggestions, anyone!

Validation means you are using correct markup but does not mean you're layout is proper or logical. The warnings you speak of are just that, warnings, but your code is still valid. The warnings relate to accessibility and readability. It is suggesting you might want to look into the color and contrast.
