I'm not sure if this is the correct place to ask but I have to start
somewhere. On my main web site (first link below) I have a small
header/tab section (not scrollable) and the main section (scrollable).
What I have found with a number of browsers is that if I use the page
up/page down key it has no affect on the page until I click the div
region with the scroll bar. Is there a way to tell the browser this is
the region to focus on? That way the page keys work without the
click. I don't want to add javascript just yet, though I have
intentions to make use of javascript for shrinking the page at a later
date.
