Css design loading in the wrong place until fully loaded in all browsers?

Hello this is my first post so please be Gentle!

I am just learning CSS design conceptss and have been using the Dreamweaver behavior from Studio VII and it works great but for one issue.

When this page www.jacksonshg.com/newjhg

Loads it is left justified and when it finishes loading it moves to the center where I want it to be for all screen resolutions.

Can anyone help me understand what I am doing wrong and offer a solid fix.

Thanks in advance
Billy

I'm running around like crazy today so I'll be quick and come back later.
Always validate your html and your css for your list of errors.

Case matters in xhtml and css. Use lower case.
