Please give me crucial feedback! Shopping Cart | Forum?

On the last post I asked about a code to make a vertical scroll bar and ends up I didn't need one.
I was told by a big group of people on this forum that I needed to do away with all the flash and the backgrounds to make the web site more conservative.
I received post to let members know so they can go and give me tips and more help to make the web sit better. So I'm finished the new web site it took me 2 days to make it. www.chrisscorals.com Please let me know what you think about it.

Please give me crucial feedback on this site. I want to make it as professional as possible. For all the people who went and gave me better ideas and tips I think you will like it even more. At least I would hope. Lol.

I'm looking for a good program to make a forum. Is there anyone who knows of a good program that I can download for a trial than decide to buy it if needed?
I don't want to have a monthly fee so I don't want to have a pre built forum. I want to be able to create my very own forum.
I was thinking of the · FX Easy Forum I haven't used it before and I couldn’t find a free trial download anywhere if someone could help me out that would be great.

I'm want to make my own shopping cart the payments and stuff I'll leave the same I just want a new look and a better shopping cart than what I already have I don't know what’s a good program but I would like to use it in Dream weaver 8. And I found one but I cannot find a free trial download either its eCommerce Suite, V2.1.0 and adobe is selling this program for $399.00
That’s some high $$$ to be spending and you don't know if you would like it.

If any ideas let me know,
Thanks for your time,
Chris

The new site is far better than the last I would still do away with the marquees and I would try to blend your banner with the blue background. As far as forums go you can try PHPBB I doubt you are going to be able to make your own without some server side scripting knowledge. I would still say do not do the shopping cart by yourself when you are taking peoples money over the internet you want to make sure the transaction is as safe as possible.
