Can anybody suggest a good site

that explains HTML? Starting from the beginning. I understand parts of it, but when you all post code here, I cannot figure out how/where to make changes.

I recently had some problems with a form on my site and it took over a year to find somebody who could actually fix it. (It wasn't sending to my inbox)

It now works, but I'd like to re-vamp it without messing it up. I know I can make a copy of it and play with that, but I'd rather know more what I'm doing first.

When you are looking for a quick 2-page introduction on the most used HTML items, you could try Beginner's HTML Part 1 , Part 2 , and Part 3

no when i said "umm here" I felt that that could have been interpreted in a negative way to the author, so I didnt want him to think tha i was being mean to him. And thank you for helping me a lot on those problems
