not only the form you made where inputs are highlithed with yellow color check any form of any site in internet u will find inputs yellow .. u have spyware in your system that turns any inputs yellow ... so it is not your mistake any one who visit your visit will not find the inputs yellow .....
this may be fixed by reinstalling the Oprating System .........
