Form Closing tag In opera

I ve got a problem with opera browser.

When i am closing a form tag </form> which is in a div tag seems to automatic close my div tag.
<div id="something">
<form .......> ->first form

</form> -->here is the problem .. in opera.. seems like closing </div>

<form ..... > -->another forn
</form>
?>
</div>

i have tested it in ie6, mozzila, netscape and works perfect.

Any help?

If that is the code the reason is because you close the div tag and have a closing tag with no opening tag.

no this is not the code..
it is an example..
the code is very large to send you..

the problem only occurs in opera.
