how to hyperlink html to another page?

hi there is there anybody knows how to hyperling a page1 to another page?.

For example ive hyerlink my name cziarel then I wanted it to show my pictures once i had hyperlink my me cziarel. ANd what si its codes.
For example i type my name cziarel on the html and save it to my shared files
and name it htm. The I create again another htm and i saved it image 2.

my problem is when I click my name cziarel it must go to another page and shows my picture. Would you help me.

or is there easy way to go to nother page.
For example on the htm page, I type cziarel the I ahd hyperlink it, what should I do to be able to show my pictures if I had click cziarel would you help me?
ANd how to do that.

and also when I ahd hyperlink cziarel it finds the designated file. when I click the image 2 which is my picture. it says it doesn't qwork. How wuold you help me on problem?
