Diffrent views in IE & FF

Please take a look at http://www.pennias.gr/home.php (theres only this page)

It shows differently in IE and FF.

I think the problem is in
#menu ul li{height: } property.

Moreover the borders I use are shown ugly in IE. Can somebody help me ?

thanks

Code is significantly invalid (there's a missing ">" on one <div>)
which suggests that you aren't even trying to validate things. You
really have to do this before you can chase subtle layout bugs.

Also it's nasty old <tablebased layout code.
