CSS positioning different in FF/safari then IE

The page displays as I desire in IE5+ but not in FF pc mac or Safari and not IE mac either.

Validate and fix your errors. You have 18 html and 2 css errors.

Always design and test using a modern browser like FF. Then adjust for IEs quirks and bugs.
