POST styled as text-links?

P: n/a
Sounds simple enough... but I have no idea if its possible.

Is there a way to make a text-link using POST instead of GET?
Maybe modified form submit using CSS or summit?

* A PHP script will gather posted params and act on them.
* The page will never be bookmarked or refreshed.

You often make your submit button look like your normal links with css
(change the background colour and font colour, etc) This stops google
bot from submitting your forms accidentally. I think the only way of
doing it with actual links is to use javascript.
