Keywords in Header

I have a small problem of mine own making for
which I ask assistance to solve, sorry.
Back in the days when we just wrote HTML,
helping the beasts feed on the grit, we had "keywords".
Recently retired and idle I help a few friends
with pushing their products or skills and I find (read)
that "keywords" are no longer supported by Search
Engines. Fine, keep things clean, I am all for it but
what is the answer to having my friends TIG welding
service recognized by those looking for
modification to their frames, or the kids looking to
help Gran?
Is what I am looking for handled by the
<meta name="description" content="weld aluminum">
meta header or
<meta name="keywords" content="pension frame repair walker ">
...a bit confused with css, sorry :-(

This doesn't have anything to do with CSS.

Actual content in the page.

<meta name="description" content="weld aluminum">

<meta name="keywords" content="pension frame repair walker ">
No

CSS describes the presentation of the content. Search engines generally just
care about the content.

Fine, understood :-)
And thanks for taking the time as I am floundering with CSS
and the stranger is the first place one starts prodding, when things
do not go right, yes?
With another job I cannot get four of the five small graphics to load.
On the desktop the page works well, upload it and the four prime
graphics fall over. Tweaking the code has not worked for me so really
I am simply looking for a third party to confirm the css file is not
having any input to what is displayed, or not displayed.
The test page is

'ntdote_icon.gif' should be 'nTdote_Icon.gif'. Perhaps capitalisation
is the problem with the other file names also.
