Dear sir,
It all depends on what you mean by "load a new frame in two different
framesets and a new one in itself". If you mean that it loads a new
page into each of the frames in the frameset, then please say so. One
cannot load a frame, but one can load a new page into a frame. Also,
you can't have multiple framesets, unless you have multiple browser
windows open. Please explain more about your problem, and more people
will be able to understand your question.

Changing multiple frames with a single link is discussed on p. 326 of
Elizabeth Castro's "HTML" 5th ed.
