Error in IE Highlight Rows with mouse over

I followed this thread:

and have an error in IE with the script.

No error in Netscape though.

Can someone please let me know what my issue is?

Yes, see onload = startclock() and unload=killclock()

you don't have those two functions anywhere on that page thats your error. in the body.
