position of image submit button

concerning page: http://www.archytas.nl/showcase/newsite/

I can't get the image submit button te align with the input fields in
IE6. Both vertical-align: middle, and enclosing it in a narrow div
didn't help, it does position it some pixel to high (near top), it
should be aligned in the vertical middle of the dark grey bar, like the
text input fields are.

Looks fine to me in FF. Then again, I may have some user CSS
interfering.

Still, it reminds me of when I added a donation button to my site. The
browser added a few extra pixels padding on the bottom because of
quirks mode or something. Anyway, I just had to specify padding:0.
Sorry I can't give more relevant help, but your problem just doesn't
exist on my end.

In firefox it is quite correct, but in internet explorer and in Opera
it isn't. And I can't give an explanation for their behavior, since I
narrowed the container that much that it would be quite impossible to
be where it is rendered.
Maybe placement in a table might help, but first want to try it this
way. Hopefully someone has got a solution (or eventually hack) to make
the placement the same in each browser.
