Specifying height of line break

How would I specify line breaks of specific height?

For example, if I wanted to insert a 6-point line break, what would the
CSS code look like?

Obviously, I'd like something more specific than the <br> tag.

Thanks.

The same was as you specify its color and taste. That is, you don't. A
line break means breaking a line.

If you are asking about CSS, you are on the right track but in a wrong
newsgroup. You probably want to set a 6pt bottom or top margin or
padding for some element. I would suggest starting from a good tutorial
on CSS.
