SQL DB to HTML

Does anyone know a quick tool to build an HTML form from a SQL DB? I
can make one, but I would like some quick and dirty tool for this. I
don't need beautify final code, just something to build the fields.

Thanks, that should do just fine. Better in the long run than what I
wanted.
