Block formatting contexts

yb
Hi,

In CSS 2.1 Spec, section 9.4.1 says:

"Floats, absolutely positioned elements, inline-blocks, table-cells,
and elements with 'overflow' other than 'visible' establish new block
formatting contexts."

Maybe a dumb question, but why aren't elements with display "block"
mentioned? Isn't that the most common case?
