influence this (Opera 8.5).
Tools > Preferences... > Advanced > Content > Show active frame border
If this option is set, then nothing the web author does can turn off
borders on active frames.
And that's a good thing.
Absolutely. I don't like messing with users' preferences; I just
wondered if this was some style or attribute issue.
