CSS Menu needs a little fix :)

Hi Guys,

I am creating a CSS menu that works fine in Opera and Firefox (latest
versions), but in IE it doesn't work as expected (ok, I know!) :(
Do you know what the problem is (the red menu)?

I guess "works" is subjective. Those submenus that expand horizontally
are a real PITA to navigate, especially with that microscopic text size.
They require a level of dexterity with the mouse that I sure don't have.
You must hate your users. :(
