Unwanted margin under image in table in IE?

Hi

I want to place a logo in a table, but get a unwanted margin underneath
the image. I have placed a blue box instead of the logo, so it is easy
to se the problem.

What to do?

Thanks for any help

It is the <img class=\"cleanimg\" src=\"andersenspillogo.gif\"
width=167 height=\"20\" border=\"0\"> that is giving me trouble, as you
can see it is as if the black line in the menu is suppressed under til
blue box. I have tried vertical-align bottom, aswell as line-height : 0
and setting img as block, and using another doctype.

I could get none of these to work in IE.

Thansk for trying, do you have any other suggestions.

It's probably because you have <img ...></img> instead of <img ... />.
You have a large number of serious validation errors, many of this
type: <trclass=""> instead of <tr class="">.
You have a lot of javascript errors that even IE complains about. It
has to be really be for that to happen.

It always amazes me when a browser can render code this many mistakes.

Feed your page into a validator such as http://validator.w3.org/

There were 611 errors when I checked yesterday, 581 today.

Fix those first.

Where did you take that page? I found 0,zero, nill, nul, no errors when I tried
just now (just hoping to find a record of some sort :-) ).

Well, the explanation is simple. I fixed it 611 errors in just under 8
minuttes :-)

I am working on the page, so if you do not see the problem, when you
check the page send me a direct mail, I live at the screen, so I will
react promtly.

Thanks for taking part in this.
