A Basic question of support

When advised to use the @import for stylesheets with things you want to
hide from Netscape 4... I'm wondering is there a list somewhere of the
things that should be hidden from Netscape 4.

I have used multiple stylesheets for quite a while and, quite frankly,
I've lost touch of specifically what was I trying to accomplish. ;-)

So, what will make NN4 throw up????

Thank you

http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS2/ ;)

Seriously, it's easier to list the things that are safe:
color: (except inherit)
background-color: (except transparent, inherit)
font-size:
font-weight:
font-style:
Mostly safe if you're willing to spend a bit of effort checking it:
margin:
padding:
border: (but it looks terrible)
background-image: (sometimes)

Yep this is the better way to frame the question (and answer). Now, to
divide and conquer... ;)

Thank you...

Keep in mind that NN4 _adds_ the values specified to the default values
instead of replacing them.
