Problems with Homesite 5 & SSL FTP

Hi,

I use Homesite 5 and have tried making an FTP connection using the SSL
option to an ssl enabled vsftpd server running on a linux box.

I have wsFTP installed seperately, and this connects to the box fine so
the SSL server is defnitely working, but Homesite complains of a
"secure connection error". I've imported the certificate from the
server into Homesites trusted list, but still doesn't work.
From what I understand Homesite uses and embdedded wsFTP to do it's

ftp, so am confused why this won't work.

Would be most grateful if anybody can help

Cheers

Steve

Why don't you ask Macromedia?
