question about tailored IFrame pages for IE users

I am qualifying this question as one "for IE users" because this
question relates to my company intranet and all of our machines run IE
only...not my issue, not my choice...and I only say that in attempts to
avoid the folks who flame any answer that does not work on all browsers
and not just IE.

I only need an IE solution.

So, with the flamer-disclaimer out of the way, heres the question. I
have a very simple webpage that includes an IFrame thats source is just
a folder on my network. That folder includes files that I want folks to
have access to from a browser...my problem is that I need the IFrame to
display the folder contents in "detail" format. Anyone know how to do
this? I am beginning to suspect that this behaviour may be determined
by what the browser inherits from the OS, so if the user has their
folders set to "list" the IFrame would use "list," but I hope not.

Thanks in advance!
