Any what? It isn't a great hide to hide some of your content in the
subject - its supposed to be a summary.

Since 99.9%+ of RSS feeds are generated from databases (or other
computer based forms of storage) rather then created by hand, there
isn't much call for an editor specific to RSS. You could try a generic
XML editor. Possibly Emacs with nXML-mode will do the job.

OTOH, I hand edit a lot of my own RSS and then use it to generate my own
pages. I'm happy enough authoring in either, too lazy to finish the CMS,
but it's easier to transform RSS->page than v.v.

You can edit RSS with almost any editor. But afterwards, _please_ run it
through a validator like this:
