Panable pages

Hi
I have designed my site in 1024*768 resolution.
But when i examine it in 800*600 i see that
the lines breaks in a bad shape and indent.
I saw some sites that have designed in higher
resolution and in lower resolutin they don't
have this problem and only the user should
pane the page.

How can i make my pages panable in lower
resolution ?

Thanks

Ooh, a misteak.

Users should not need horizontal scroll bars.
How can i make my pages panable in lower resolution ?

Do not design for any specific resolution. This is a basic
principle of the "Viewable with Any Browser" Campaign. For
example, specify widths as percentages of available window, not in
terms of pixels.

Approximately 30% of computers are still set for 800x600 or less.
While I can set my monitor for 1280x1024, I keep it at 800x600
because that is easier on my old eyes.

See
<URL:http://www.anybrowser.org/campaign/abdesign2.html#screensize>
for details.

I use Mozilla as my Web browser because I want a browser that
complies with Web standards. See <URL:http://www.mozilla.org/>.
