Testing Site in Older Browsers

I've thoroughly tested the site I'm working on with most of the modern
browsers. Now the question remains, which older browsers should I
concern myself with at this point in time? And where can I obtain
them?

Thanks.

That rather depends on your audience.
And where can I obtain them?

To an extent that's up to you. Personally, I would test in at least IE 5
and 5.5 (and probably 4), one or two older versions of
Mozilla/Firefox/Netscape, and Opera 5, 6 and 7. I will generally check
NS4 quickly, but hide the CSS from it anyway, so not generally any
issues there.
And where can I obtain them?
