Problem with image map showing

I have a simple page with a large image as a background.

See: http://byserendipity.com/Newk/index5.htm

I needed to create links to the words on the blue baseball caps. But
obviously you can't do that on a background image. So I made an image
of the portion that contains the caps and inserted it in the body and
put an image map/hotzone on the word PHOTOS. But apparently that image
doesn't load and therefore there's nothing to click on. When you look
at the source, it's there (nav.jpg) but it doesn't load/show.

Any ideas on how to fix this. I'd appreciate any of your comments.

Saba

P.S. The only reason why I didn't use the original large image to
create the hot zones on is that I wasn't able to get it to align all
the way to the left. It would always leave a white margin.

Ack! It's one big image - not a single character of text. This is about
the worst thing you can do.
