How read a Mac text file on a PC?

I have a text file, produced on a Macintosh. I want to read that file on my
PC.
Can you tell me how to proceed?

Try asking in an appropriate group. This group is devoted to HTML authoring
for the WWW. (Your problem depends on the character encoding used on the
Mac and the desired encoding on the PC side, and it's really just a matter
of character code conversion.)
