How does a server know if your browser client supports frames?

I am writing a small utility to quickly hit a site. I am setting
headers just like my IE client...

Accept: */*
Accept-Language: en-us
Accept-Encoding: gzip, deflate
User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1;
iOpus-I-M; .NET CLR 1.1.4322)
However, the remote server is responding back with a page that says my
browser doesn't support Frames...

What information do I have incorrect or am missing that indicates to
the server/application that my client doesn't support frames?

Thanks,

The server is most likely sending the same page it would send you if
your browser did support frames. It has a <noframes> section whose
contents are hidden in browsers that support frames but that are
displayed in browsers that don't.
