Now it a matter of days before the election, and the
battleground-states are living up to thier names!
Both candidates are "running neck-and-neck" -- a tie-breaker may be a
vote for the third--party, 'NO NOT NADER' Michael Badnarik as an
alternative to Bush-- Liberatrian Party (Listed as OTHER Party in
OHIO) www.badnarik.org. If this third-party gets five percent of the
popular vote nationwide, it will receive federal support; not to
mention the agendas e.g., rolling back federal taxes, preserving
gun-rights, etc. that an ample majority of voters supported-- which
would serve as checks-and-balances to both main parties!!
IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER:
* In politics, what begins in fear usually ends in folly.
* There is a holy mistaken zeal in politics as well as religion. By
persuading others, we convince ourselves.
* Politics and the pulpit are terms that have little agreement. No
sound ought to be heard in the church but the healing voice of
christian charity.
* It seems to me a barren thing this conservatism--an unhappy
cross-breed, the mule of politics that engenders N-O-T-H-I-N-G!
* When Democrats are in power the rich get richer, and the poor get
r-i-c-h-e-r, as well as everbody in between!!
