Question on MS Frontpage

Hi,
I am a newbie on Frontpage. I got a template recently for
my own homepage. I found I can't input texts in some regions of the
template. Does anyone know how to add texts in Frontpage? Seems like
you have to first define a region and draw a box surrounding that area.
Then you can input texts inside that box.
