Set the elemts you want styled to a class. Ex.
p.this {color: yellow; background: green;}
and in the HTML
<p class="this">Green bg, yellow text.</p>
<p>Unstyled text.</p>
There is no way to set CSS to revert to default, though. Only by not
styling an element can you be sure you aren't putting any style on it.
Alternately, you can apply a style which matches typical browser rendering.
p.unstyled {display: block; color: black; background: white; font: 100%
serif; line-height: 1.12; margin: 1.12em 0}
<p class="unstyled">This appears as unstyled HTML is tupically
rendered.</p>
