The CSS 2.x spec only contains a few cursor types, presumably those
that, back in the late twentieth century, the authors of the spec
thought would be most useful.
CSS3 does contain a 'not-allowed' value described as "Indicates that
the requested action will not be carried out. Often rendered as a
circle with a line through it" along with many other additions. Have
fun testing to see which browsers support which values...
