DCSS menu not working properly in IE

I have created a dynamic CSS menu but it doesn't work fine in IE. It works
fine in Opera and Firefox.
Here it is, please hover over "My account" to see the submenu:

How can I center the 2nd-level UL horizontally from the page?
Thanks,

No it doesn't work fine in Opera or Firefox. I don't use IE.

Ok, I hover "My account" and a submenu appears. Then I move the mouse
down to click one of the links, and the whole submenu disappears,
rendering clicking impossible.
How can I center the 2nd-level UL horizontally from the page?

First you need to make it work.

Oh, it also has a horizontal scrollbar in my 800px wide browser window.

Thanks,

I use Firefox 1.0 with SuSE Linux, and I see no submenu when I hover over
"My Account." Nor do I see it in Netscape 7.2, nor Konqueror 3.2.1,, nor
Galeon 3.1.12, nor Opera 7.54.
